BOOTCAMP

Turn your idea into a real business in one weekend - with the framework, tools & community to make it happen.

That business idea you keep thinking about?

Don’t let it stay just an idea…

No matter what you’re building, there’s a clear set of steps every founder needs to go through to know if their idea is worth pursuing. I’ve learnt this first-hand building multiple startups from scratch - and I want to help you shortcut the trial-and-error.

In this bootcamp, I’ll walk you through the exact framework and tools you need to:

● 🔎 Test if your idea is strong,

● ⚡ Get to your first version of your product (prototype) fast, and

● 👩‍💻 Start finding real users.

We’ll also use AI and the latest tools to make everything faster, cheaper, and easier. Because entrepreneurship has changed. You don’t need a team or loads of investment to get started, you just need the right tools, a clear method and the confidence to try.

And the best part?

You don’t have to do it alone (or with ChatGPT) anymore!

You’ll be building alongside a group of women on the same journey - who’ll keep you accountable, push you forward, and cheer you on ✨

What the weekend looks like

Step 1. Validating your idea (leveraging AI)

In this stage, we’ll pressure-test your idea using AI tools and simple frameworks so you know if it’s worth pursuing. By the end, you’ll be crystal clear on what problem you’re solving, who it’s for, how you’re different, and how to explain it in one sharp sentence.

What you’ll do:

Pinpoint the problem – Test if it’s urgent, expensive, or specific enough to solve.

Use AI to gather evidence – Learn how to leverage AI tools to uncover real pain points, trends, and demand signals.

● Define your customer – Build a buyer persona and identify exactly who you’re solving for.

Shape your solution – Draft a sharp value proposition and stress-test it with peers.

● Check the market – Run competitor + gap analysis with AI.

Test assumptions – Identify what needs to be true for your idea to work.

You’ll leave with:

✅ A defined and research-backed problem statement

✅ Customer persona(s) + competitor analysis

✅ A clearly articulated value proposition

✅ An “assumptions bank” to guide your next steps

Step 2. Creating your prototype (MVP) quick

This is where your idea stops living in your head and starts taking shape. We’ll break down what an MVP really is, then use AI and no-code tools to help you build a first version — quick, scrappy, and ready to test with real people.

What you’ll do:

● Learn what an MVP really is – See real-world examples that prove you don’t need perfect to start.

Use AI + no-code tools – Experiment with platforms like Lovable, Bubble, and Figma for tech ideas, or MidJourney, Canva, Shopify, and Etsy for product/commerce ideas.

Map your MVP – Define the leanest possible version to test your idea.

● Build your prototype – Create something tangible: a website draft, product mockup, or app screen.

Show + stress-test – Share your prototype with the group and get real feedback

You’ll leave with:

✅ A first version of your product (mockup, landing page, or app screen)

✅ A clear sense of how to test your MVP with real people

✅ Live peer + facilitator feedback to refine your next iteration

Step 3. Setting up your business foundations (legal & finance)

We know the admin stuff isn’t the fun part. But it’s the bit that can trip you up if you ignore it. In this session, we’ll make the scary/boring stuff simple and quick, so you can tick it off and get back to actually building your business.

What you’ll do:

● Business structure made simple – Sole trader vs LTD: what it means, when to register, and what’s right for you.

Banking basics – How and when to set up your business bank account.

● Accounting made easy – With Grace Hardy (founder of an award-winning accountancy firm), learn how to set up a stress-free system from your first £1.

Plug-and-play tools – Get templates + checklists so you can get this sorted fast.

You’ll leave with:

✅ Clarity on your legal + financial setup

✅ Simple systems that save you time and stress

✅ Confidence to trade without worrying you’ve missed something

Step 4. How to get your first users/customers

You’ve got the idea, you’ve got the prototype — now it’s time to put it in front of real people. This session is all about turning your messaging into content, testing it in the wild, and landing your very first users or customers.

What you’ll do:

● Social media crash course – How to turn your value prop into scroll-stopping content.

→ Hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and A/B testing made simple.

Content creation sprint – Plan your first 3–5 posts that drive traffic to your MVP.

● Run experiments – How to test different messages, formats, or offers and track what works.

● Analytics made easy – How to read the numbers without getting lost in the data.

Paid ads: when + how – Learn the right time to boost with a small budget for faster results.

You’ll leave with:

✅A social media content plan

✅A one-page scrappy “first marketing plan”

✅Confidence on what to test first and how to measure

Step 5. Creating your 30-day roadmap

In this final session, you’ll map out exactly what the next 30 days look like for your business: the milestones you’ll hit, the actions you’ll take, and how you’ll measure progress. Then you’ll set one big goal out loud to the group (hello, accountability 👀). With your roadmap in hand, and a group of women backing you, you’ll walk away clear, confident, and ready to actually make it happen.

You’ll leave with:

✅A written 30-day roadmap (with milestones, actions, metrics)

✅One clear, public accountability goal

✅Accountability buddy/peer support set up

🎯 Follow-On 1:1

The bootcamp doesn’t just end when you leave the room. Around 3 weeks later, you’ll have a private 1:1 check-in call where we’ll:

● Review your 30-day roadmap progress

● Tackle any roadblocks you’ve hit

● Answer lingering questions about your MVP, marketing, or business setup

● Give you fresh accountability to keep moving forward

Friday night dinner 🍷

We’ll start things off with an (optional) Friday night dinner — a chance to meet the group, relax over good food, and start building connections before we get into the bootcamp itself. It’s all about community, conversation, and setting the tone for a motivating weekend.

What you'll leave with

✔️ Clarity - Know exactly what you are building and who’s it for.

✔️ Momentum - Leave with the first version of your business and a plan to test + grow it.

✔️ Community - Gain a circle of women going through the same journey + will hold you accountable.

✔️ Confidence - Replace uncertainty + fear with a clear method to keep you moving.

✔️ Identity - You won’t leave as “someone with an idea”, you’ll leave as a founder

By the end of this bootcamp, you won’t just have clarity on this idea — you’ll have the mindset, the method, and the tools to validate ANY idea in the future.

Who's it for?

  • 💡 Women with a business idea:
You’ve been sitting on an idea but don’t know the exact steps to take. You want a clear roadmap so you don’t waste months (or years) trying to figure it all out alone.

You’re curious how AI + modern tools can help you validate and launch quicker, cheaper, and with less risk — no tech team or big budget required.

  • 💬 Women who want community + accountability:
You don’t just want information; you want an experience. You’re ready to build alongside other ambitious women who’ll keep you motivated, give honest feedback, and celebrate your wins.

Meet your host: Jas Wilks

I’ve been exactly where you are — sitting on an idea, not sure what steps to take first. Over the past few years, I’ve started multiple ventures, raised funding, joined (and survived!) accelerator programmes, and learnt first-hand what actually matters in those messy early stages.

Through my current startup, Let’s Fund Her, I’ve built a community of 8,000+ women founders, run sold-out events in London, and partnered with brands like Tide and Lovable. Along the way, I’ve mentored founders at King’s College London and worked with early-stage entrepreneurs to help them validate, launch, and grow their ideas.

This bootcamp pulls together everything I wish I had when I started: a clear, repeatable framework, practical tools (including AI), and the kind of female support network that keeps you moving when self-doubt creeps in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“This community is different. It’s practical, fun, and non-intimidating. You leave every session feeling like ‘I can actually do this.’” Sophie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I’d been overthinking my idea for months, but Jas introduced me to AI tools that made everything so much faster and clearer. I couldn’t believe how quickly I had something tangible.” Clarice

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I’ve wasted months trying to piece this stuff together using ChatGPT and YouTube…Jas breaks it down in a way that actually makes sense and gets you moving.” Rosh

FAQs

Do I need to already have a business idea?

Yes — but it doesn’t need to be polished or perfect. If you’ve got any idea you’ve been thinking about (product, service, tech...anything), this bootcamp will help you test it properly.

Do I need to be “techy” or know AI tools already?

Not at all. We’ll show you how to use AI in a really practical way, and you’ll learn by doing.

Is this right for me if I already have a business running?

This bootcamp is designed for women at the very beginning — whether you’ve just got an idea, are playing with a few concepts, or feel stuck on what the first steps should be. If you’re already running a business with customers and traction, you might be further along than this then you might not be the right fit (but our membership is 👀).

What if I can’t make both days?

You’ll get access to templates, worksheets & the cohort group. But honestly, the magic happens live — so we recommend clearing your calendar and going all in.
